General terms and conditions of sale and use

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of products and services offered on this site. Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions, without reservation.

Purchase of digital services and content
The services, training, tools and digital content offered on this site are strictly personal. Under no circumstances may the user reuse, transfer, distribute or exploit, whether free of charge or for a fee, for his/her own account or for the account of a third party, all or part of the elements, content, media or work provided. Creating an account is a personal process. All accounts, whether free or paying, are strictly individual, non-assignable and non-transferable. Access to services is valid for the duration indicated at the time of purchase or subscription. In accordance with French legislation, digital content supplied on an intangible medium, as well as the provision of services, do not benefit from the right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the purchaser's agreement. By validating his/her order, the purchaser expressly waives his/her right of withdrawal. All purchases of services or digital content are final and may not give rise to any reimbursement, including in the event of technical difficulties linked to the purchaser's equipment, a third-party service or an external service provider.
Purchase of printed and delivered products
The physical products offered on this site are printed on demand, in particular via the Gelato service provider, and delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser, anywhere in the world. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. In this respect, any product involving printing on demand is considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of a proven product defect. In the event of an obvious defect (damaged item, printing error attributable to the service provider), a complaint must be made via the contact form within 14 days of receipt of the product, accompanied by supporting documents. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.
Site availability
The websites are normally accessible at all times. However, temporary interruptions may occur for technical maintenance or updating purposes. The seller will make every effort to limit the duration and impact of such interruptions, but this shall not give rise to any right to compensation.
Use of printable items
Printable material offered free of charge or sold as downloads is protected by copyright. The purchaser is authorized to print each medium only once, and to reprint it only in the event of deterioration. The media may be displayed in a single location for an unlimited period, or moved from one location to another, provided that it is never used simultaneously in several locations. Any multiple use of the same medium in several locations requires the purchase of an additional copy. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or collective use is strictly forbidden.

Consultation of this website, as well as all URLs linked to it, implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and use.
