Description
I work with professionals (in schools, after-school care, child protection, youth movements, etc.) to train teams to spot weak signals, both from victims and perpetrators of sexual offences against minors, and I propose a validated protocol for collecting the child's voice, before presenting the different types of feedback.
I support childcare professionals in adopting a clear, reassuring and coherent posture, so that children and adolescents are protected in all the contexts in which they are cared for.
I offer guidelines and tools to help children, teenagers and adults develop their psychosocial skills, in order to strengthen each person's ability to protect themselves.
I help professionals to identify weak signals and risk situations, in children and adolescents as well as in relational dynamics, in order to intervene as early as possible and prevent situations from worsening.
I help professionals working with children and teenagers, or with vulnerable minors or adults, to better discern the different types of sexual behavior, so that they can adapt their support in a fair and reassuring way.
I help professionals and facilities to set up clear, appropriate, reassuring frameworks to guarantee the protection of children and teenagers during educational, support or care periods.
I support public and private organizations in structuring and improving their protocols for managing information of concern or problems, in compliance with the legal and institutional framework.
I offer professional practice analysis sessions for people working in emotional life education or sexual health, to support reflection, coherence and safety in their interventions.
I offer conferences for parents and professionals to raise awareness of prevention, presenting the conditions and content of emotional life education sessions.
I provide professionals, parents and institutions with clear points of reference, practical tools and reliable knowledge, to reinforce skills and consistency in prevention practices over the long term.
