Il silenzio e la vergogna spesso esacerbano la sofferenza, con possibili conseguenze per la salute mentale: depressione, isolamento, disturbi del sonno e persino pensieri suicidi o comportamenti violenti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1307\">Il video presenta diverse linee d&#039;azione complementari. L&#039;approccio educativo aiuta gli individui a imparare a riconoscere i propri pensieri, a decostruire le convinzioni che inducono ansia e a gestire meglio lo stress.
